OPTICS
Spectronika is pleased to
offer a range of low-cost, high quality, coated optical components and
mounts for use in laser projection systems and other applications.
Custom
Optical Components:
We can provide a large range of custom optics in large or small runs – standard or under client’s specification:
Mirrors:
First Surface Mirrors
Rear Surface Mirrors
Beam Splitters
All the mirrors are with a surface protective coating.
Glass:
Frosted glass
Lenses:
Plano Concave Lenses
Double Concave Lenses (achromatic doubled with negative focal length)
Meniscus Lenses
All the lenses are with a protective coating, reducing surface reflection for
the visible spectrum
Equilateral Prisms:
Our Equilateral prisms have three equal 60-degree angles and are also referred
as dispersing prisms. They are made of SF11 and have the following parameters:
- dimensions: 40x40x40x40 mm
- nd: 1,7872
- Vd: 25,76
- ne: 1,7919
- Ve: 25,55
- nf-nc: 0,030468
- surface quality: 60-40
Diagnostic/Theraputic

Three Mirror Universal
Lens:
Three mirrors angled at 59, 67 and 73 degrees and arranged at 120 degrees intervals permit viewing of the fundus, the mid and far periphery and the anterior chamber.
Four Mirror Karickhoff Diagnostic Lens:
This unique lens provides four mirrors at 62, 67, 76 and 80 degrees, plus a central view axis. The field of view includes mid-peripheral area, mid-equator, ora serrata and anterior chamber angle.
Three Mirror Fundus Lens:
The three mirrors are angled at 73 degrees arranged at 120 degrees intervals, enable the entire fundus 360 degrees view only with a small rotation.
PFC Panfunduscope:
This lens gives an inverse view of the fundus up to the equator. The specific geometric-optical principle of the panfunduscope induces treatment of the mid and far peripheral
fundus.
Thorpe Four Mirror Anterior Chamber Lens:
The four mirrors angled at 62 degrees allow 360 degrees viewing of the anterior chamber with only a slight lens rotation.
Thorpe Four Mirror Vitreous-Fundus Lens:
Two mirrors angled at 64 degrees permit viewing of ora serrata to the equator. Another pair angled at 70 degrees enables viewing the equator to the posterior pole. Complete examination of the vitreous or fundus can be accomplished by 90 degrees rotation only.
Fundus Lens:
This fundus lens provides clear visualization of the posterior pole. The surface in contact with the cornea is contoured to match the corneal curvature and eliminate air bubbles. The lens has 0.92x magnification, 36 degrees field of view.
Krieger Wide Field Fundus Lens:
A combination of optical curves, incorporated into this lens allows a field of view of 42 degrees through the central axis of the lens.
OM
series precision kinetic Optics Mounts:
These precision kinematic mounts allow for X and Y adjustment of
approximately +/- 2.5 degrees (5 degrees total) around the central
position. Adjustment is accomplished by knurled, precision fine-thread,
adjustment screws on the back of the mounts.

The OM mounts come with an
integrated right angle base. The mounting hole in the base is positioned
such that when mounted on the post or a bracket, the mount rotates about
the center of an attached 1 mm thick optic. They are ideal for mounting
mirrors, beamsplitters and dicros on beam tables and in other applications
where precision optical steering is required.
There are two sizes available:

OM
Series Post and Post Holder Mounting System:
The OM series of precision optical mounts are complemented with a post and
post-holder mounting system that allows them to be securely mounted to
optics tables or laser projectors with full vertical and horizontal
rotational adjustment.

As shown in the photo, the
post is 25 mm (1 Inch) long and attaches to the right angle base of the OM
mount with the supplied grub screw.
The post slides into the post holder and can be adjusted for height and
rotation then fixed in place with the thumbscrew.
The base has a 25 mm (1 inch) long slot to pass a 1/4-20 or similar M-type
screw for secure attachment to your optics plate/table.
The post holders are available
in two heights:

Bounce
Mirror Mounts:
Bounce mirrors are used as retroflectors, usually at the back of the
venue, to defect beams and create the appearance that there are more beams
in the venue, or to create beam arrays by bouncing the laser beam between
a number of mirrors.

Bounce mirrors have a spring
loaded front plate for mounting a mirror or diffraction grating. The plate
is X-Y adjustable with the thumbscrews on the back. The mount is supplied
with a yoke that is adjustable with thumbscrews (mirror shown in photo is
not supplied with the mount but is available at extra cost) - the yoke is
drilled to attach to a clamp. Typically the reflected beam is moved close
to the desired position or target with the adjustments on the clamp and
yoke, then the beam is fine adjusted onto the target using the screws on
the back of the bounce mirror mount.
The bounce mirror mounts are made of
aluminum to cut weight [and shipping costs] and have a rugged black powder coat
for durability.
There are three sizes
available:

100 X 100 mm [4 X 4"
approx.] Bounce mirror mount mount w/yoke
